At Leading Minds, our journey began with a vision to transform the way students and aspiring professionals gain technical knowledge. Founded by a team of industry veterans in silicon city of India, Bengaluru, our mission has always been to bridge the gap between academic learning and the ever-evolving demands of the tech industry.
We believe tech is the future, and always wanted to reduce the gap between tech and humans, learners and industry. From humble beginnings, we started conducting software workshops in select colleges, aiming to equip students with hands-on skills in cutting-edge technologies like Python, Web Development, AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and Mobile App Development. What began as a small initiative quickly grew into a movement—reaching numerous institutions and touching the lives of thousands of students across various regions.

Over the 5+ years, thousands of students have benefited from these initiatives, gaining valuable insights that boost both their confidence and employability. Feedback from participating colleges and students has been overwhelmingly positive, with many requesting advanced workshops and certifications.
